A&D Northwest LIG to Present a "New Approach to Project Integration" Please join us for the second part of a unique meeting detailing a whole new concept in integrating complex projects Part 2: New Concept for integrating Complex Projects June 18, 2008 • 5:30 PM-8:30 PM PDT This presentation proposes a project development and process that defines a projects as a “system” that produces the end product(s) of the project. This innovation enables the use of the product development process to develop and integrate the project as a “system”. Because most engineers and project managers understand this process, learning is minimized and project execution will be improved. However, examination of the process from this perspective has identified some needs for new techniques and tools to integrate within and between project elements and these will be presented. Evaluation of this approach and next steps will be discussed.
