Responsible for planning, recruiting and retaining Agency & Corporate Sponsorship members:

1. To ensure the Sponsorship Program continues to meet the needs of sponsors.
2. To establish and maintain a committee to facilitate the Sponsorship Program.
3. To ensure constant communication between A&D SIG and the sponsors.
4. To provide an annual Sponsorship Program recruitment plan to the A&D SIG BoD.
5. To review annual statistical analysis reports on Sponsorship Program turnover.
6. To review recommendations and suggestions on attendance and member retention improvements and present proposals to the A&D SIG Vice Chair New Business and the BoD.
7. To respond to requests for information from prospective Ssponsors with professional correspondence and A&D SIG Agency & Corporate Sponsorship materials.
8. To advise the A&D SIG BoD of financial commitments prior to actual expenditures.
9. To submit quarterly Sponsor participation reports to A&D SIG BoD and sponsors.
10. Coordinate all A&D SIG Regional Ambassadors' recruiting and speaking efforts.
11. To turn all records over to a successor and review all new sponsorship opportunities.
12. To disseminate information to the sponsors regarding any changes to the program.

Responsible for overall volunteer activities of the A&D SIG including, but not limited to:

1. Welcome those who volunteer for the A&D SIG and ensure their involvement is rewarding
2. Work with Vice Chairs and Deputies to identify volunteer opportunities.
3. Post available position descriptions on web site.
4. Match volunteers with available positions.
5. Track volunteer hours.
